David Hope Qualifies with NHRA
Vroom Racing Pro Stock Motorcycle
David Hope, AHDRA and now official NHRA Pro Stock rider qualified and made the field at the O’Reilly NHRA Midwest Nationals, at Madison, ILL.
“We didn’t go far but we made the field and David is a outstanding young man and hopefully I can give him a better bike to ride in the near future,” said former AHDRA/NHRA racer, John Hammock team owner and tuner of Vroom Racing.
Hope, “when you pull into an NHRA event it’s obvious you’ve made the big time, everyone was so kind and the professionalism there is amazing. I am truly humbled to have this opportunity and compete with the level of riders with the NHRA.”
Vroom Racing made the field by holding on the bump spot, but were taken out in the first round by Matt Smith who went on to the finals.
Based out of Tulsa, OK, Hammock’s previous race experience and tuning abilities will continue to provide Hope with the mentor opportunity he has been searching for and looks like this will be a pair you’ll be hearing from again.
David Hope is a young man to watch.
Vroom Racing is supported by Red Line Oil, Brown Machinery, Lozano Brothers Porting, Route 66 Harley Davidson, World Wide Bearings.
